Camille Winbush

Camille Simoine Winbush is an American actress and singer. She was born on February 9, 1990, in Los Angeles, California. Winbush is best known for her roles on various television shows including Minor Adjustments, where she played the character Emma Aimes, The Bernie Mac Show, where she portrayed Vanessa Thomkins, and The Secret Life of the American Teenager, where she played Lauren Treacy. Her work in television has earned her three Image Awards and a Young Artist Award. Winbush made her acting debut in 1994 on the television series Viper and also appeared in the film Dangerous Minds in 1995. In addition to acting, Winbush was a competitive gymnast during her childhood.
