Carey Lowell (born February 11, 1961) is an American actress and former model. She is best known for her role as ADA Jamie Ross in Law & Order (1996–2001, 2022) and as Bond girl Pam Bouvier in the James Bond movie Licence to Kill (1989). Lowell was born in Huntington, New York, and spent her childhood living in various countries. She started her career as a model, working for clients like Ralph Lauren and Calvin Klein. Eventually, she transitioned into acting, with her debut film being Dangerously Close. She also had a small role in the Robin Williams movie Club Paradise. Lowell's diverse background and notable roles have made her a recognizable figure in the entertainment industry.
