Carice van Houten

Carice Anouk van Houten is a Dutch actress and singer, born on September 5, 1976. She gained fame for her roles in various Dutch films, such as Suzy Q (1999) and Miss Minoes (2001), winning Golden Calf awards for both. Her breakthrough performance came in the internationally successful film Black Book (2006), which earned her another Golden Calf award and several nominations. Van Houten has also appeared in English-language films, including Valkyrie (2008), Repo Men (2010), and Brimstone (2016). With a versatile range, she has been recognized with multiple honors throughout her career, including five Golden Calf Awards for Best Actress.
