Carl Beukes (born October 3, 1976) is a South African actor known for his roles as Paul McPherson in Isidingo and as the archangel Gabriel in Dominion. He graduated from The National School of the Arts, studying Speech & Drama. Beukes has appeared in various film, television, and stage productions, including Macbeth, Certified Male, Amadeus, Popcorn, Art, Black Dog, and Tape. In 2016, he starred in the pilot of an untitled Mars Project Drama for The CW. Beukes got married in November 2014 and enjoyed his honeymoon in Zanzibar. He briefly lived in London from 2003 to 2004. Beukes aspires to a balance of local and international work.
