Carl Rousseau Gilliard (born April 18, 1958) is an American actor, director, and producer. He began his career as a radio newscaster at WGPR in Detroit before moving to Los Angeles in 1985. Gilliard has an extensive theater background, having appeared in over two dozen plays. In addition to his stage work, he has also made appearances in several films, including Inception, The Lost Shepherd, and Retiring Tatiana. Gilliard currently resides in Palmdale, California.
