Carlo Alban

Carlo Albán is an Ecuadorian actor known for his role as 'Carlo' on Sesame Street from 1993 to 1998. He also portrayed Luis 'McGrady' Gallego on Prison Break from 2007 to 2008. Born on October 3, 1979, Albán arrived in the U.S. with his family at the age of 7. Despite living on an expired visa with the risk of deportation, he pursued his passion for acting. At the age of 12, Albán landed his first role in the musical Oliver!. He further honed his skills in various roles in New York before joining Sesame Street. Apart from his television work, Albán has performed in plays and other television shows. He graduated from Sayreville War Memorial High School in 1996 and attended Rutgers University, majoring in visual arts.
