She gained recognition for her roles on The WB's drama series Popular (1999–2001), The Collector (2004–2005), Suits (2016–2017), and Arrow (2016–2017). Pope grew up in Vancouver, British Columbia, with two brothers, one of whom is actor Kris Pope.
