Carmen du Sautoy

Carmen Du Sautoy (born February 26, 1950) is a British stage, television, and film actress. Born in London, she has played leading roles with esteemed theater companies such as the Royal Shakespeare Company and the Royal National Theatre. Du Sautoy has also performed in various theaters worldwide, including New York, Tokyo, Sydney, Madrid, and Berlin. She is most recognized for her role as Saida, the belly-dancing Lebanese temptress, in the 1974 James Bond film 'The Man with the Golden Gun.' Du Sautoy has had a prolific television career, appearing in popular shows such as 'Midsomer Murders' and 'Absolutely Fabulous.' She married theater director and writer Charles Savage in 1974.
