Carol Ann Susi (February 2, 1952 – November 11, 2014) was an American actress known for her roles in television and film. She began her career as the recurring character Monique Marmelstein on the show Kolchak: The Night Stalker. Over the course of her 40-year career, Susi appeared in various supporting roles, but gained recognition for providing the voice of Mrs. Wolowitz, the off-screen mother of Howard Wolowitz, on the popular television series The Big Bang Theory. Her other credits include McMillan & Wife, Coyote Ugly, Just Go with It, Grey's Anatomy, That '70s Show, and many more.
