Carol Locatell (December 13, 1940 – April 11, 2023) was an American actress. She gained recognition for her role as Ethel Hubbard in the 1985 slasher film Friday the 13th: A New Beginning. Locatell began her career with a role in the 1973 film Coffy and went on to appear in Burt Reynolds films like Paternity, Best Friends, and Sharky's Machine. She made numerous guest appearances in popular television shows such as Bonanza, M*A*S*H, ER, and Grey's Anatomy. In 2014, she appeared in Scandal as former First Lady Bitsy Cooper. Locatell was also a respected theater actress, with notable performances in productions like The Gin Game and Broadway Bound.
