Carolyn Seymour

Carolyn Seymour is an English actress, best known for her role as Abby Grant in the BBC series Survivors (1975) and as Queen Myrrah in the Gears of War franchise. Born Carolyn von Benckendorf in Buckinghamshire, she has a diverse background, with an Estonian father of Russian descent and an Irish mother. Seymour's early career includes notable roles in the BBC drama series Take Three Girls and the film Steptoe and Son (1972). She gained recognition for her role as Grace Gurney in The Ruling Class (1972) alongside Peter O'Toole. After leaving Survivors, Seymour continued her acting career in the United States, appearing in various television shows like Hart to Hart, Modesty Blaise, and Cagney & Lacey.
