Caryn Lynn Mower (born August 21, 1965) is an American actress, stuntwoman, and former professional wrestler. She performed for various professional wrestling promotions such as Ultimate Pro Wrestling as Carnidge and briefly for the World Wrestling Federation as Muffy, Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley's on-screen personal trainer. Mower has extensive involvement in film and television as a stunt performer and coordinator. She has performed in stunt shows for Universal Studios Hollywood and worked as an aerobics instructor before her career in stunts and wrestling. Mower grew up in Glendora, California, attended Glendora High School, and studied martial arts.
