Cathal Pendred

Cathal Pendred is an Irish actor and former mixed martial artist. Born in Boston, Massachusetts to Irish immigrant parents, Pendred moved to Dublin, Ireland at the age of four. Growing up, he excelled in rugby and won the Leinster Schools Senior Cup. Pendred began his professional MMA career in 2009 and became the number one ranked welterweight in Ireland in 2010. In March 2013, he won the Cage Warriors Welterweight Championship. Pendred was also a cast member on the nineteenth season of The Ultimate Fighter and was chosen as the third pick for coach B.J. Penn's team. He has since transitioned into acting and continues to pursue his career in the entertainment industry.
