Catherine Lloyd Burns is an American actress and author known for her role as Caroline Miller in the television series Malcolm in the Middle. In addition to her appearance in Malcolm in the Middle, Burns has been featured in various television shows including Partners and LateLine. She has also made appearances in numerous feature films, including the independent film Everything Put Together, which she co-wrote. Burns has also worked in theater with New York's Naked Angels. Alongside her acting career, she is also an author and her first book, It Hit Me Like a Ton of Bricks, has gained recognition.
