Catherine Reitman is a Canadian-American actress, producer, and writer. She was born on April 28, 1981, in Los Angeles, California. Reitman comes from a family with a strong connection to the entertainment industry - her father is Canadian film director Ivan Reitman and her mother is French-Canadian actress Geneviève Robert. She has a sister named Caroline Reitman and a brother, director Jason Reitman. Reitman attended the Cate School and studied acting at the University of Southern California. She is best known as the creator, executive producer, writer, and star of the CBC Television comedy series Workin' Moms. Reitman has also appeared in the television series The Real Wedding Crashers and has a film review web show called Breakin' It Down with Catherine Reitman.
