Cha Chung-hwa is a South Korean character actress known for her extensive work in stage, screen, and television. Born on 28 April 1980 in Gwangmyeong, Gyeonggi Province, she graduated from the Department of Theatre at Sangmyung University. Cha made her debut in 2005 and honed her acting skills through performances in popular works in Daehak-ro, including 'Lunatic', 'Sheer Madness', and 'Suspicious Heungsinso'. She has appeared in notable productions such as 'Crash Landing on You' (2019), 'Mr. Queen' (2020–21), 'Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha' (2021), and 'Dr. Park's Clinic' (2022). Cha has also showcased her talent in films like 'As One' (2012), 'Train to Busan' (2016), and 'Pawn'.
