Chantelle Barry

Chantelle Barry is an Australian musician and actress, born on 18 March 1980 in Perth. She gained recognition as a member of the original line-up of the girl group Bardot. In 1999, Barry auditioned for the Australian talent show Popstars and was selected along with four other contestants to form the group. However, she left the group abruptly under controversial circumstances after allegedly stealing money from fellow member Sophie Monk. Barry confirmed the details of her departure in a 2006 appearance on the TV show Where Are They Now. Aside from her music career, she has also pursued acting.
