Charles Perez

Charles Perez (born March 2, 1963) is an American writer and television news reporter, anchor, and talk show host. He has had an extensive career in the news business, working as an anchor and reporter for various television stations, including WABC-TV in New York City, WPLG in Miami, and WSVN in Miami. Perez gained recognition as the host of the nationally syndicated talk show, The Charles Perez Show, which aired from 1994 to 1996. He later anchored King World's news magazine show, American Journal, alongside his sister, Michele Dabney-Perez. In addition to his work in television, Perez has also worked as a reporter for KCAL-TV in Los Angeles and as a producer for The Ricki Lake Show and The Montel Williams Show.
