Charli xcx

Charli XCX, born Charlotte Emma Aitchison on August 2, 1992, is an English singer and songwriter. Starting her career by posting songs on Myspace in 2008, she was discovered by a promoter and began performing at warehouse raves. She signed a recording contract with Asylum Records in 2010, releasing several singles and mixtapes over the next few years. Charli XCX gained international recognition in 2012 with the hit collaboration 'I Love It' with Icona Pop. Her debut studio album, 'True Romance' (2013), received positive reviews. In 2014, she contributed to the success of Iggy Azalea's 'Fancy' and released her own solo hit, 'Boom Clap'.
