Charlie Rose

Charlie Rose is an American former television journalist and talk show host. He is best known for hosting the talk show Charlie Rose on PBS and Bloomberg LP from 1991 to 2017. Rose co-anchored CBS This Morning from 2012 to 2017 and also substituted for the anchor of CBS Evening News. He hosted the revived CBS classic Person to Person alongside Lara Logan. In November 2017, Rose was fired from PBS and CBS after allegations of sexual harassment were published by The Washington Post. Rose was born on January 5, 1942, in Henderson, North Carolina.
