Charlie John Rowe is an English film and television actor, born on April 23, 1996. He began his career with roles in films such as Never Let Me Go, The Boat That Rocked, and The Golden Compass, where he played the character Billy Costa. Rowe also appeared in the SyFy/Sky Movies Peter Pan prequel Neverland. On television, he portrayed Leo Roth in the Fox medical comedy-drama series Red Band Society, alongside Octavia Spencer and Dave Annable. Rowe was born in Islington, London, and attended St Michael's Primary School in Highgate. His mother is a drama teacher, while his father is an actor and writer. He is known for his versatile performances and was considered for the role of Spider-Man in Captain America: Civil War.
