Chaz Bono

Chaz Salvatore Bono, born Chastity Sun Bono on March 4, 1969, is an American writer, musician, and actor. He gained initial fame as a child appearing on his parents' television show, The Sonny & Cher Comedy Hour. Bono is known for being a trans man and has been a prominent advocate for the LGBTQ+ community. In 1995, he publicly identified as a lesbian before later undergoing female-to-male gender transition between 2008 and 2010. Bono has shared his experiences through books such as 'Family Outing: A Guide to the Coming Out Process for Gays, Lesbians, and Their Families' and 'The End of Innocence'. As an actor, Bono has made appearances in various movies and TV shows.
