Chi Chi DeVayne Biography
Chi Chi DeVayne, born Zavion Michael Davenport on September 24, 1985, in Shreveport, Louisiana, was an American drag queen and reality television personality. DeVayne rose to fame after appearing on the eighth season of RuPaul's Drag Race and the third season of RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars. Prior to her appearance on the show, DeVayne had already established herself as a local drag performer in Shreveport. Following her time on RuPaul's Drag Race, she embarked on numerous domestic and international tours and was featured on various web series about drag. In 2018, DeVayne was diagnosed with scleroderma, and she passed away in 2020 due to complications from pneumonia, which occurred after a hospital stay for scleroderma-related kidney failure.
