Chido Nwokocha

Chido Nwokocha is a Nigerian-American actor who was born and raised in Sacramento, California. He attended Ohio University, where he played wide receiver before pursuing a professional football career with the San Jose Sabercats of the Arena Football League. After a knee injury ended his football career, he transitioned to acting. Chido Nwokocha is currently a series regular on the BET show Sistas, created by Tyler Perry, where he portrays the character Gary Marshall Borders. He has also appeared in TNT's Murder in the First in a recurring role, as well as guest roles on Days of Our Lives and The Night Shift. Notable film credits include Destroyer, The Mendoza Line, Bad Therapy, and the upcoming Top Gun: Maverick.
