Chloe Kim

Chloe Kim, born on April 23, 2000, is an American snowboarder and two-time Olympic gold medalist. She gained international recognition at the 2018 Winter Olympics, becoming the youngest woman to win an Olympic snowboarding gold medal at the age of 17. Kim continued to make history at the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics, becoming the first woman to win two gold medals in halfpipe. With six X Games gold medals and two gold medals at the Winter Youth Olympic Games, she is a dominant force in the sport. Born and raised in California, Kim is of Korean descent. She has been honored with multiple awards, including the Best Female Action Sports Athlete ESPY Award and the Laureus World Action Sportsperson of the Year award.
