Chris Brown

Christopher Maurice Brown (born May 5, 1989) is an American singer, songwriter, rapper, dancer, and actor. He is one of the most successful R&B singers of all time, often referred to as the 'King of R&B' by contemporaries. Brown's musical style is characterized by its polyhedric nature, drawing influences from various genres such as pop and hip hop. His lyrics explore themes of romance, sex, fast life, desire, lovesickness, regret, emotional conflict, and loneliness. In 2004, Brown signed with Jive Records and released his self-titled debut studio album the following year, which achieved triple platinum certification. His debut single 'Run It!' topped the Billboard Hot 100, making him the first male artist to achieve this with a debut single since 1995.
