Chris Bruno

Chris Bruno is an American film and television actor, director, and producer. He is best known for his role as Sheriff Walt Bannerman on the USA Network television series The Dead Zone. Born in New Haven, Connecticut, Bruno comes from an acting family, with his father being actor Scott Bruno and his late mother being Nancy M. Bruno. He has a younger brother, Dylan, who is also an actor. Bruno was active in both theater and sports during college, but a skiing injury led him to focus on acting. He joined the cast of Another World as Dennis Carrington Wheeler and received a Soap Opera Digest Award nomination for his performance.
