Chriselle Almeida

Chriselle Almeida is an Indian actress known for her work in both film and television. She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting from the University of Connecticut-Storrs and went on to receive a full scholarship for her Master of Fine Arts in Acting from the University of California, Los Angeles. In film, Almeida gained recognition for her starring role as Kiran in the controversial movie 'When Kiran Met Karen,' where she portrayed a Bollywood star involved in an affair with a female journalist. She also appeared as India in the 2004 film 'The Franklin Abraham' and as Bindu Kapoor in the 2016 film 'Miss India America.' Almeida has been nominated for Best Lead Actress at the Idyllwild Film Festival. On television, she has made appearances in popular shows such as 'The Big Bang Theory,' 'Arrested Development,' 'Grey's Anatomy,' 'Shameless,' and 'Gossip Girl.'
