Christian McKay Biography
Christian Stuart McKay (born 30 December 1973) is an English stage and screen actor. He gained recognition for his role as Orson Welles in the 2008 film Me and Orson Welles, which earned him numerous award nominations including the BAFTA Award for Best Supporting Actor. McKay has also appeared in other notable films such as Florence Foster Jenkins, The Theory of Everything, Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy, and Rush. Born in Bury, Lancashire, McKay studied piano as a youth before pursuing a career in acting. He has made television appearances in productions like Riot at the Rite (2005) and made his film debut in Abraham's Point (2008).
