Christopher Kimball

Christopher Kimball (born June 5, 1951) is an American editor, publisher, and radio and TV personality. He is known for co-founding America's Test Kitchen and Cook's Country, and for creating Christopher Kimball's Milk Street. Kimball was born and raised in Westchester County, New York, and graduated from Phillips Exeter Academy and Columbia University. After working in publishing and taking cooking courses, he founded Cook's Magazine in 1980. He later sold the magazine to the Bonnier Group in 1989. Kimball has made numerous appearances on television shows, showcasing his expertise in cooking and culinary techniques.
