Cindy Busby (born March 18, 1983) is a Canadian actress and singer. She is best known for her role as Ashley Stanton in the TV series Heartland. Busby has also appeared in numerous Hallmark movies, including Marrying Mr. Darcy, Follow Me to Daisy Hills, and Warming Up to You. Born and raised in Montreal, Quebec, Busby pursued her passion for acting from a young age. After graduating from high school, she was accepted into the Professional Theater Program at Dawson College in Montreal. In 2005, Busby transitioned from theater to television and film, earning her first lead role in the television series Bethune. Since then, she has continued to establish herself as a talented and versatile actress in the industry.
