Cindy Williams (August 22, 1947 – January 25, 2023) was an American actress and producer. She is best known for her role as Shirley Feeney on the television sitcoms Happy Days (1975–1979) and Laverne & Shirley (1976–1982). Williams also appeared in notable films such as American Graffiti (1973) and The Conversation (1974). Born in Van Nuys, Los Angeles, on August 22, 1947, Williams moved to Dallas at a young age before returning to Los Angeles. She began her acting career by starring in national commercials and went on to appear in various television shows. Williams made her mark in the entertainment industry and will be remembered for her contributions to film and television.
