Cirroc Lofton (born August 7, 1978) is an American actor and podcaster. He began his career at the age of nine with minor roles, starting with the child education program Econ and Me in 1989. Lofton gained widespread recognition for his portrayal of Jake Sisko on the 1990s TV series Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. He is also known for his role as Curtis Thorpe on the Showtime drama series The Hoop Life, and as Anthony Carter on the Showtime drama series Soul Food. Additionally, Lofton appeared in the 7th Heaven episode 'PK' as Maynard, a preacher's son who attended Harvard. He is the nephew of former Major League Baseball center fielder Kenny Lofton.
