Claire Lauren Rafferty (born January 11, 1989) is a retired professional footballer and English pundit. She played as a left back or left winger for Chelsea in the FA WSL, making over 100 appearances. Rafferty also played for Millwall Lionesses and West Ham United. She represented England internationally and participated in the 2012 Olympics for Great Britain. Rafferty began her career with Millwall Lionesses at the age of 14 and later joined Chelsea Ladies in 2007. She suffered two anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injuries throughout her career but made successful comebacks. In addition to her playing career, Rafferty served as a digital media ambassador to raise the profile of the WSL.
