Clare Foster (born 24 July 1980) is a British actress known for her roles in various television shows and theater productions. She gained recognition for her portrayal of PC Millie Brown in the ITV series The Bill. Foster has also made notable appearances in stage productions such as the 2011 London revival of Crazy for You at the Novello Theatre, the 2016-2017 revival of Tom Stoppard's Travesties at the Menier Chocolate Factory and the Apollo Theatre, and the 2018 West End revival of Consent.
