Clayton Travis Snyder (born September 9, 1987) is an American actor known for his role as Ethan Craft in the Disney Channel series Lizzie McGuire and its film adaptation, The Lizzie McGuire Movie. Born in Los Angeles, California, Snyder is of German and Italian descent and has four older half-brothers. He graduated from Los Alamitos High School in 2006, where he served as senior class vice-president. Snyder then attended Pepperdine University and was a member of the water polo team, earning All-America Honorable Mention in 2009. Alongside his acting career, Snyder has also been involved in water polo at a collegiate level.
