Colin Lawrence

Colin Lawrence is an English-Canadian actor known for his roles in film and television. He is best known for playing John 'Preacher' Middleton in the Netflix series Virgin River. Lawrence was born in London and raised in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. He is of Jamaican descent. Since 1994, he has participated in many TV series, either as a guest star or in recurring roles. Some of his notable TV appearances include Hamish 'Skulls' McCall in the rebooted Battlestar Galactica, the protagonist's father in Blade, detective Jason Evans in Endgame, Benjamin Abani in The Killing, Janko in iZombie, Damien in Impastor, and Coach Clayton in Riverdale. He continues to bring his talent to the screen in his portrayal of John 'Preacher' Middleton in Virgin River.
