Colin Edward 'Quinny' Quinn (born June 6, 1959) is an American stand-up comedian, actor, and writer. He gained widespread attention as a cast member and writer for NBC's sketch comedy show, Saturday Night Live, from 1995 to 2000, where he anchored the popular news parody segment, Weekend Update. Quinn also worked on MTV's game show Remote Control as the announcer/sidekick and hosted Comedy Central's late-night panel show, Tough Crowd with Colin Quinn. In film, he is known for his roles in A Night at the Roxbury, the Grown Ups films, and Trainwreck. With his comedic one-man shows, Quinn offers unique perspectives on history and growing up in New York City. He is highly regarded by fellow comedians such as Jerry Seinfeld, Tina Fey, Chris Rock, and Dave Attell as the quintessential 'comic's comic' and New York comedian.
