Courtland Mead Biography
Courtland Mead is an American former actor known for his performances as a child actor in the 1990s. He began his acting career at the age of 2, playing minor characters. Mead gained recognition for his role as young Johnny McGowan in the 1994 film Dragonworld and as Uh-huh in the feature-film adaptation of The Little Rascals. In 1997, he portrayed psychic child Danny Torrance in Stephen King's television adaptation of The Shining. Mead also appeared on Late Night with Conan O'Brien and in a commercial for Pizza Hut. He co-starred in Disney's Tom and Huck, played Howard in Corrina, Corrina, and appeared in Hellraiser IV and the WB sitcom Kirk.
