He played as a wide receiver in the NFL for eight seasons with the Cincinnati Bengals. Collinsworth achieved All-American recognition during his college years at the University of Florida. He has established himself as a prominent television sportscaster, currently working for NBC, Showtime, and the NFL Network. With a total of 17 Sports Emmy Awards, Collinsworth's expertise in the field is widely recognized. Additionally, he holds the majority ownership of Pro Football Focus. Collinsworth hails from Dayton, Ohio, and his parents, Abraham Lincoln Collinsworth and Donetta Browning Collinsworth, were both educators.
