D Smoke

Daniel Anthony Farris, known professionally as D Smoke, is an American rapper and songwriter from Inglewood, California. He gained recognition after winning the first season of the Netflix music competition show Rhythm + Flow in 2019. In 2020, he independently released his debut album Black Habits, which received nominations for Best Rap Album and Best New Artist at the 63rd Annual Grammy Awards. Farris comes from a musical family, with his mother and brothers being gospel singers, and his cousin Tiffany Gouché being a songwriter. Prior to his solo career, he was a part of the songwriting group WoodWorks and the musical trio N3D. D Smoke's talent and success have solidified his position in the music industry.
