Dacre Montgomery

Dacre Kayd Montgomery-Harvey (born 22 November 1994) is an Australian actor known for his roles in various movies and TV shows. He gained popularity for his portrayal of Billy Hargrove in the Netflix series Stranger Things (2017–2022) and Jason Scott in the 2017 action film Power Rangers. Montgomery also appeared as Steve Binder in the 2022 biographical film Elvis. In addition to his acting career, he released a podcast titled 'DKMH' in 2019, featuring his own poetry. Born in Perth, Western Australia, Montgomery comes from a family involved in the Australian screen industry. He began performing in theater and on screen at the age of nine. Montgomery attended Mount Lawley Senior High School and continued his studies in the dramatic arts during his secondary schooling.
