Diana Dale Dickey, born on September 29, 1961, is an American character actress known for her work in theater, film, and television. She began her career on stage, appearing in various productions including the 1989 Broadway version of The Merchant of Venice. Dickey has received critical acclaim for her performances in revivals of A Streetcar Named Desire and Sweeney Todd, among others. In 1995, she made her screen debut and has since appeared in over 60 movies, including Winter's Bone, for which she won the Independent Spirit Award for Best Supporting Female.
