Dale Edwin Ho (born 1977) is an American lawyer and United States district judge. He currently serves as a judge for the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Prior to his appointment, Ho was the director of the American Civil Liberties Union's voting rights project. Born in San Jose, California, he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Princeton University and a Juris Doctor degree from Yale Law School. Ho gained legal experience as a law clerk for Judge Barbara S. Jones and Associate Judge Robert S. Smith. He also worked for the NAACP Legal Defense & Educational Fund, Inc. as a fellow and staff attorney, focusing on legislative redistricting projects.
