Damian McGinty

Damian McGinty Jr. is an Irish singer and actor, born on September 9, 1992, in Derry, Northern Ireland. He has been performing for over a decade and gained recognition as a member of the group Celtic Thunder for thirteen years, starting at the age of fourteen. In 2011, McGinty won the reality show The Glee Project, earning him a guest-starring role on the hit TV show Glee, which was later extended to 18 episodes. McGinty was born into a Catholic family and has three siblings. He attended Lumen Christi College in Derry. McGinty has been passionate about performing since a young age and has won several singing competitions throughout his career.
