Damian Whitewood

Damian Whitewood is an Australian dancer and former dancesport competitor. He was born and raised in Perth, Western Australia and was introduced to ballroom dancing at the age of 10 through his older brother. Damian achieved great success in his dancing career, becoming National state champion, Australian champion, and Australasian champion in both ballroom and Latin. He represented Australia in numerous world competitions. In 2001, Damian joined the cast of Burn the Floor, a highly successful dance production that has toured worldwide. He made his Broadway debut with the company in 2009. In 2010, Damian transitioned to prime-time television as one of the professional dancers on ABC's popular show, 'Dancing With The Stars,' partnering with Pamela Anderson in season 10.
