Damiano David

Damiano David is an Italian singer and songwriter, born on January 8, 1999. He gained recognition as the frontman of the rock band Måneskin. The band achieved success by winning the Sanremo Music Festival in 2021 and representing Italy in the Eurovision Song Contest with their song 'Zitti e buoni'. David was born in Rome to flight attendants Daniele David and Rosa Scognamiglio, which allowed him to travel and experience different cultures at a young age. He initially showed talent as a basketball player, but his love for singing led him to meet his future bandmates in high school. David attended the liceo linguistico Eugenio Montale in Rome before pursuing his music career.
