Dan Byrd is an American actor known for his roles in various films and television shows. He was born on November 20, 1985, in Chicago, Illinois, and was raised in Marietta, Georgia. Byrd began his acting career at a young age and made his feature film debut in the 1999 film The First of May. He later appeared in several television series, including Judging Amy, Any Day Now, ER, and Touched by an Angel. Byrd gained recognition for his role in the TNT miniseries Salem's Lot, playing the character Mark Petrie. He is best known for his roles in A Cinderella Story, The Hills Have Eyes, Easy A, Norman, and the sitcoms Aliens in America, Young Sheldon, and Cougar Town.
