Daniel Jeffery Henderson (born August 24, 1970) is an American retired mixed martial artist and Olympic wrestler. He is known for his accomplishments in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), Strikeforce, Pride Fighting Championships, and other major MMA promotions. Henderson held multiple championships throughout his career, including being the last Strikeforce Light Heavyweight Champion and the last Welterweight and Middleweight champion of Pride Fighting Championships. He was also the first mixed martial artist to hold two titles in two different weight classes concurrently in a major MMA promotion. Henderson competed in various weight classes and challenged for the UFC Middleweight Championship, UFC Light Heavyweight Championship, and the Strikeforce Middleweight Championship. He retired from professional fighting after UFC 204, and at the time, he was the oldest fighter on the UFC roster. In addition to his MMA career, Henderson represented the United States in Greco-Roman wrestling in the 1992 and 1996 Summer Olympics.
