Dan Ziskie

Dan Ziskie is an American actor and photographer. He is known for his portrayal of the character Frank Niggar on the popular sketch on Chappelle's Show. Ziskie has appeared in various television shows, including Treme, where he played a politically connected banker in Post-Katrina New Orleans, and House of Cards, where he had a recurring role as the Vice President of the United States. He has also made guest appearances on Person of Interest and The Blacklist, portraying senators on both shows. Additionally, Ziskie played the United States Attorney General on the season finale of 24's fifth season. In October 2017, he released his first book titled Cloud Chamber, which features his collection of photographs of the New York City area taken from 2013 to 2016.
